Stages of an order
What does the individual ordering process look like?
1. Enquiry – start by sending an enquiry using the quotation form.
2. Offer – our sales department will prepare a quotation for you, so you can see the initial cost of the order.
3. Meeting* – once the offer is accepted, we will agree a convenient date for our member of staff to visit. On site they will take measurements and you will agree all the details of the order together.
4. Design – our design department will prepare the technical documentation, which you will receive by e-mail.
5. Production – the complete order is passed to the production queue.
6. Installation* – the installation date is agreed individually, around two weeks in advance. The work takes place on the agreed date, to the planned scope.
