Powder coating — how wood-effect components are made
Powder coating (otherwise known as wood-effect sublimation) produces the natural effect of a real timber board — a durable, distinctive and attractive appearance.
Powder coating is a multi-stage process. Once the product has been properly prepared for coating, a special paint is applied to the surface and then cured at between 140 and as much as 200 degrees Celsius.
For coating we use a professional, modern spray booth and oven. This equipment lets us paint aluminium components of various sizes without difficulty.
